قراءة نقدية تحليلية.
يعلم الجميع أنّ ما يعرف بأعمدة الجيل الخامس قد انتشرت فوق أسطح المنازل وعلى امتداد شوارع المدن في مختلف بقاع العالم. ويجري تقديم هذه المنشآت التقنية على أنّها بنى مخصّصة لتسريع تدفّق الإنترنت وتحسين جودة الاتصال الرقمي، غير أنّ هذا الطرح الشائع، رغم شيوعه، يثير أكثر من علامة استفهام.
فالواقع التقني المعاصر يبيّن أنّ منظومات الاتصال الحديثة تجاوزت حدود الجغرافيا الأرضية، إذ أصبحت الأقمار الصناعية عنصرا محوريا في نقل البيانات، لا سيما في حالات الطوارئ المفاجئة أو الانقطاعات الكبرى. وقد تجلّى ذلك بوضوح إبّان الاضطرابات الداخلية التي شهدتها إيران، حين اتّخذت السلطات قرارا بحجب الإنترنت لأكثر من أربعة أيام على خلفية الاحتجاجات الواسعة، في سياق سعيها إلى ضبط المشهد الإعلامي. ورغم ذلك، سجّلت استثناءات شملت بعض الأجهزة الأمنية ووسائل الإعلام الرسمية.
في تلك المرحلة، طرح حديث واسع عن حلول تقنية عابرة للحدود، اعتمدت على آلاف الأقمار الصناعية الموجودة في المدار الأرضي المنخفض، لتأمين اتصال عالي السرعة دون الحاجة إلى بنية تحتية محلّية كالألياف البصرية أو الأبراج الأرضية. هذا النمط من الاتصال مكّن من إيصال الأخبار من الداخل إلى الخارج، عبر نظام «ستارلينك» الفضائي التابع لشركة «سبيس إكس» التي يملكها رجل الأعمال الأمريكي إيلون ماسك، وهو النظام ذاته الذي جرى استخدامه سابقا لدعم الاتصالات العسكرية الأوكرانية منذ اندلاع الحرب عام 2022.
هذا التحوّل التقني، بمعزل عن تفاصيله الهندسية الدقيقة، أعاد طرح إشكالية جوهرية تتعلّق بطبيعة البنية الاتصالية العالمية في عصرنا، وبحدود التداخل بين الأرض والفضاء ضمن منظومة الاتصال الحديثة. فإذا كانت الأقمار الصناعية قادرة على توفير الشبكة في ظروف استثنائية، فما الموقع الفعلي لتلك الأعمدة المنتشرة بكثافة داخل المدن؟ وهل يقتصر دورها على تسريع تدفّق البيانات فحسب؟
تكمن حقيقة السؤال في مستوى الوضوح المتاح حول طبيعة عمل هذه المنشآت، ونطاق تأثيرها، والأنظمة التي تندمج ضمنها. فالتكنولوجيا، حين تصبح جزءا من الحياة اليومية وتمسّ تفاصيل الوجود الإنساني، تغدو معرفتها شأنا عام يتجاوز الخطاب الترويجي المختصر.
وبما أنّ الاتصال الرقمي أمكن توفيره من خلال شبكات الأقمار الصناعية المنتشرة على نطاق عالمي، يبرز تساؤل إضافي حول الوظيفة الحقيقية لهذه الأعمدة الأرضية، خاصة في ظل وجود منظومات فضائية قادرة على إيصال الشبكة مباشرة إلى الهواتف الذكية.
ما الدور الفعلي لهذه الأعمدة؟؟ فلا بد للمساءلة بدل التسليم الأعمى بها،
مما يستدعي منا قراءة نقدية تتجاوز السرد التقني المبسّط، ونتجه نحو تفكيك بنيتها وتأثيراتها بعيدة المدى.
المثير للصدمة في هذا الموضوع يتمثّل في أن هذه الأعمدة ما هي إلا نماذج مصغّرة من منظومة «هارب» الشهيرة، تلك المنظومة المرتبطة بالتحكّم في المناخ وتوجيه الظواهر الطبيعية. ووفق هذا التصوّر، تعمل هذه الأجهزة على تشكيل أنماط زلزالية محددة، وتوجيه حركة السحب، وضبط معدلات الأمطار، والتسبّب في الفيضانات، إلى جانب إحداث تغيّرات في الغلاف الجوي عبر بثّ ذبذبات كهرومغناطيسية مضبوطة تؤثّر على دماغ الكائنات الحيّة بمختلف أشكالها.
أنصار هذا الطرح كثيرون، إذ يستندون إلى ملاحظات ميدانية متكرّرة، حيث سجّل عدد من السكان تدهور المساحات الخضراء المحيطة بالأعمدة ضمن نطاق يتراوح بين خمسين ومئة متر، حيث ذبلت الأشجار، وتوقّف الإثمار، وتعرّضت الماشية والدواجن والأغنام إلى النفوق. وتشمل هذه التأثيرات، الكائنات المائية والنباتية والحيوانية، ضمن محيط القرب المباشر من تلك المنشآت.
أما الأعمدة المنتشرة على أسطح المباني، وفي الأحياء الشعبية والمناطق المكتظّة بالسكان، فهي أدوات تعتمد الذبذبات الكهرومغناطيسية الموجّهة لإحداث الأمراض المزمنة، ولإضعاف الكائنات الحيّة.
وعند تفعيل سيناريوهات زلزالية، يفترض أنّ هذه الأعمدة تدخل في تزامن مع جهاز مركزي أشمل، ضمن شبكة موحّدة لإحداث التأثير المطلوب. وبهذا الفهم، يعاد تعريف دورها كجزء من منظومة تأثير شامل، بعيدا عن الخطاب التقني المتداول.
ويستحضر هنا تساؤل بسيط من أرشيف المعطيات التقنية، كيف كانت الإشارات الأثيرية تصل إلى أجهزة المذياع والتلفاز في البيوت قبل ظهور هذه الأعمدة؟
الجواب المتداول يشير إلى منظومات فضائية كانت تؤدي هذا الدور عبر الأقمار الصناعية.
ضمن هذا الإطار، يطرح خطر صحي واسع النطاق، إذ يربط القرب المكاني من هذه الأجهزة بانتشار أمراض سرطانية واضطرابات نفسية وارتفاع حالات الانتحار. كما يشار إلى استخدام ذبذبات بتردّدات معيّنة للتأثير في الوعي الجمعي، ودفع المجتمعات نحو حالات هيجان، وتأجيج الفوضى والكراهية والاحتجاجات.
وبالتالي فإن هذه المنشآت هي امتداد عملي لمنظومة "هارب".

A Critical and Analytical Reading
It is widely known that what are referred to as fifth-generation towers have spread across the rooftops of homes and along the streets of cities in various parts of the world. These technical structures are presented as infrastructure designed to accelerate internet flow and improve the quality of digital connectivity. Yet this dominant narrative, despite its widespread acceptance, raises more than one question.
Contemporary technological reality demonstrates that modern communication systems have surpassed the limits of terrestrial geography. Satellites have become a central component in data transmission, particularly in cases of sudden emergencies or major disruptions. This was clearly evident during the internal unrest in Iran, when authorities decided to cut internet access for more than four days following widespread protests, as part of an effort to control the media landscape. Despite this, certain exceptions were recorded, including security devices and official media outlets.
During that period, extensive discussion emerged around cross-border technical solutions relying on thousands of satellites in low Earth orbit to provide high-speed connectivity without the need for local infrastructure such as fiber-optic networks or ground towers. This form of communication enabled the transfer of information from inside the country to the outside through the Starlink satellite system operated by SpaceX, owned by American businessman Elon Musk—the same system previously used to support Ukrainian military communications since the outbreak of war in 2022.
This technological shift, regardless of its complex engineering details, revived a fundamental question concerning the nature of the global communications architecture in our time, and the limits of interaction between Earth and space within the modern transmission system.
If satellites are capable of providing network access under exceptional conditions, what then is the actual function of these densely distributed towers within cities?
Is their role confined to accelerating data flow alone?
The essence of the issue lies in the degree of transparency available regarding how these installations operate, the scope of their influence, and the systems they integrate into. When technology becomes embedded in daily life and touches the core of human existence, understanding it becomes a public matter that extends beyond simplified promotional discourse.
Since digital connectivity can be delivered through globally deployed satellite networks, an additional question arises regarding the true function of these ground-based towers, particularly in light of the emergence of space-based systems capable of providing direct connectivity to smartphones.
What, then, is the actual role of these towers? Questioning is required rather than blind acceptance, calling for a critical reading that goes beyond simplified technical narration toward deconstructing their structure and long-term effects.
What proves most alarming in this subject is the proposition that these towers represent miniature models of the well-known HAARP system, a system associated with climate control and the steering of natural phenomena.
According to this view, these devices shape specific seismic patterns, direct cloud movement, regulate rainfall, trigger floods, and induce atmospheric changes through calibrated electromagnetic emissions that affect the brains of living beings in all their forms.
Supporters of this thesis are numerous, relying on repeated field observations reporting the degradation of green spaces surrounding towers within a radius ranging from fifty to one hundred meters. Trees have withered, fruit production has ceased, and livestock, poultry, and sheep have died. These effects extend to aquatic, plant, and animal organisms located in close proximity to these installations.
As for towers installed on building rooftops, in popular neighborhoods and densely populated areas, they are believed to rely on directed electromagnetic waves intended to cause chronic illnesses and weaken living organisms. When seismic scenarios are activated, these towers are assumed to synchronize with a broader central device within a unified network designed to generate the intended impact. Within this framework, their role is redefined as part of a comprehensive influence system, far removed from the prevailing technical discourse.
A simple question drawn from technical archives then emerges: how did radio and television signals reach homes before the appearance of these towers?
The commonly cited answer points to satellite systems that fulfilled this function.
Within this context, a large-scale health risk is raised, linking proximity to these devices with the spread of cancer, psychological disorders, and increased suicide rates. Reference is also made to the use of waves at specific frequencies to influence collective consciousness, pushing societies toward states of agitation, chaos, hatred, and unrest.
Accordingly, these installations appear as a practical extension of the HAARP system.
